no PMF and couldn't sustain

1. Bunch is a high growth startup which usually hires top talent which means you get to work with smart people. 2. The company product is fun and there is a lot to learn. 3. Benefits are alright. Not bad I would say

1. Stressful environment, with unncessarily tight deadlines. No work life balance esp if you are new. 2. You feel like you are not valued a lot of the times. 3. A certain someone ( at the company passed a sexist remark. ( read headline ). And this person was also somebody in managerial role. 4. Being loud in meetings is a valued skill
