They should focus on work life balance of employee.

The company offers healthcare, but from what I was told (before I started) there was dental and vision both of which have been cut. Also the 401K was removed. The only benefit is a lenient day off policy, but even that has become stricter in that last few months.

All the reviews are right, management will always be the issue here. This company has decision makers who have never made decisions before. The new President had never had a real desk job, and does not know how to manage employees. They are always quick to throw the blame, and outsource everything. The techs are overworked and underpaid and under appreciated. We did everything asked, and then spent more time fixing the outsourced issues. With management as is, this company wont be around much longer. Also, the CEO and the President would rather spent time working on their side projects than Bunk1.
