If you like to be micromanaged this is the place for you. Owners have no previous restaurant experience but try to do everything. If you like working 6 days a week and every weekend and I mean every weekend then you have found your place. Owners make your schedule for you and you have no say. District manager is just a puppet he can't even make a decision either. Salary is average for the industry but they tell you they pay top dollar. If you like integrity this will not be the place for you.
