The bosses are the kind that bark orders but never actually help, and HR is the worst part, they don't protect employees, they hunt for problems and spread rumors like it's high school. People walk around knowing who's about to get fired because HR literally says it out loud. You're always on edge, because even asking a simple question can put a target on your back. To make it worse, they treat warehouse staff like criminals with metal detectors and clear bags, while the office side a gets a free pass. The whole place runs on fear and favoritism, and management just looks the other way.
