Return to work policy instead of original hybrid option

I eventually got paid. They got snacks in the office.

- expect to not get paid for a month for the first month you work there. -expect to be sent in circles with trying to communicate and figure things out with pay, IT , etc. -no organization -the files that other freelancers have left are insane and they expect you to make magic out of it even tho most the file is missing - if you are waiting they will not pay you they do expect 40 hours of your time but aren’t gunna pay you for waiting around -do not give you a good lay out of the weeks expectations so it’s hard to plan having another freelance job on top of this -“this needs to be done now tasks” expect getting slammed by a bunch of people at the last minute and needing everything from you at once -when they restructure the team and tell you an hour before eod that you’re fired with no notice -expect to not be set up for success -they have no idea what or how to use a content creators -very old school traditional advertising
