Still operating based on just seniority vs. skill set , resume and commitment. People were made managers because of their time there. Lacking in people and communication skills but feel their seniority put them above treating their employees respectfully. HR is only for the managers and offers no support to anyone beneath that. Policies are speculative and only dependant upon how long have you been here, who are you related too or what you know about someone for bargaining tools.
