Retail team gets little support but allllll the work load. Managers are encouraged to stand back and not touch their vaults, account openings, etc. so that the bankers and tellers will basically run the branch. They underpay you as much as they can. Every other dept works from home, meanwhile retail is always here and with no compensation or thank yous. Also difficult to move up in rank/positions.
