Small team, so roles and responsibilities are clearly defined. Opportunity to gain basic experience early in one’s career.

No leave allowed during the first year of employment. Management style is highly controlling, with a tendency to treat employees as if they have no autonomy, and communication is often disrespectful. The work culture is toxic, with noticeable favoritism and biased treatment toward female employees. The office environment is small, shifts are during the night, and compensation is very low compared to the workload and industry standards
