Great place to learn a lot and grow as a professional. 5. This is great place for self starters who don't want to be micromanaged.

1. Management = Sales People. This is not a terrible thing, but anyone who has worked for sales people knows this is not ideal for quality of life. The work can be stressful. 2. It can be an intense place to work because of constant project deadlines. 3. Not always enough support to be able to meet deadlines successfully. 4. A lot of blame when things go wrong.

There are times you are completely left alone to work, occasionally company will provide lunch & bagels (on Tuesdays). Quiet, traditionally 9-5 style, great for people who like small (less than 30 people) companies.

Leadership style from management is poor at best, they are sales guys- that's it. Expect a lot of blaming, being thrown under the bus, being expected to read minds & expectations with no direct instruction. Atmosphere is often tense, tempers flare a lot. There is no room for advancement. Management has poor knowledge on the jobs they expect their employees to perform. Not open to new ideas or suggestions.
