The management is super bad and the culture is super toxic. Almost everyday needs to OT and too much unnecessary meetings because the management like to micromanage staff especially accounting team. Managerial level love to talk bad about people who they dislike or people going to resign. Management planning is not organised and lack of experiences so even you suffer also just can keep quiet, they wont listen any advices and like to play politics. No work life balance for sure. When you go to work feels like go to acting because everyone looks at you and will discuss about you. Cannot show any facial expression in front of them too because they like to pretend care about you first and play politics behind you.
