- great office vibe - welcoming to foreigners - being a startup makes it easy to ask questions about design and decisions, also very good to learn - very open with work hours as long as the job gets done

Expect to work around a lot of interns or part time students, at least in the office I was in (which was fully international), I enjoyed it but could be a problem for someone.

Time flexibility. You get to collaborate and work with fellow interns. Learning new technology.

Not enough growth opportunities. Not enough mentorship. You have to be very proactive in figuring out the path you want to take.
