Vacation is like everything because you get away from everyone.

The communication in the deli department is terrible. If you have a problem with a worker there they hold a grudge against you forever. We're adults here and they act like little kids. The management there is also terrible there because they would ask you to come in on days you don't even work and they think were machine that run 24/7 while they stay in the back in the office talking and laughing while we need help. I been there for 3 years almost 4 but I couldn't do it being there no more. There were many issues there during my time and I seen a lot as in people touching other employees and getting away with it, racist, people who go to the hospital because they not feeling well and management thinks it's because they don't want to work. Then immediately wants to take action and fire them. Every problem I been through and saw always ended going the manager way and not solving it all and it getting worse by employees leaving. People enjoy it but when its with no problems. When the owner talks to the managers they immediately attack they staff like if it was our fault but their own.
