      Butterfly has been a great place to grow my career. The mission is inspiring, and it's rewarding to work on technology that can make a real difference in healthcare. I've had the opportunity to learn from talented colleagues, take on meaningful responsibilities, and contribute to projects that have a visible impact. The pace can be fast and priorities can shift, but that also creates a lot of opportunities to learn and develop new skills. Pros: Strong mission, supportive coworkers, lots of learning opportunities.

      Lots of complaints in the reviews but the expectation for a majority of these people are of a big market cap company. Butterfly is a small market cap company that requires high performers that add value and not just simply what the job description says. For developing the skills I need for my career, Butterfly has provided that because they don't hold people back from innovating or adding value. Tech is actually good. Embedded business has a bright future and different margin profile. Steve and Joe are great. I've worked here for a long time, and imo those two understands hospitals really well. I'm also a fan of the new CFO who is very smart.

      401k match could be better, but makes sense for the company not being cash flow positive yet.
