Very low salary for experienced employee-leading to reduced confidence

They have access to public sector jobs. None other than that.

Lied to me about the client bill rate to lowball me then renegotiated for a higher rate once I proved they were lying to me. Still lowballed me keeping more than a healthy profit off my labor. Reneged on providing my Health Insurance once I started working the contract. Contract ended (laid off) almost a year later when DOGE cut federal funding - no communication from Buzzclan at all. When I filed unemployment they tried to contest my unemployment claim saying I was "terminated for cause" - total lie to defame me in an effort to get out of paying my legitimate claim - then they no-showed their appeal hearing that they requested, further wasting my time preparing for it. These people are the worst of tech recruiters. It was a miracle I ever got paid. And they would schedule monthly meetings on your lunch hour attempting to get intel on the client so they could staff more - you are not compensated to be their sales account manager. Avoid Buzzclan. They do business as horse traders in a third world dystopia.
