I can't think of anything that's not a 'pro.' The company leadership is fantastic, and the employees are all really good people. The work environment is great - no micro-managing, great comradery, lots of talented individuals that take a lot of pride in their work and leadership that respects and values each of them for doing so...the benefits are great, especially the medical insurance. The company has a solid reputation and is the perfect mix of old school and new in every way. Couldn't be happier.
