-Some leaders were too discriminative. Like my last leader, she prefers to promote female instead of male employee although the male employee has more contribution and extra miles for the business. -Performance review sometimes were too subjective. -Leaders and HRs are too young in experience but there's no proper training for them. They tend to avoid the conflicts in the team.
