They have developed the lender relationships so loan officers get the best of everything lenders have to offer. Great lenders, great rates, unlimited earning potential. For experience loan officers only, and those that always have a good pipeline.

Pay for your own loan origination system, marketing, etc. Not for inexperienced loan officers, or those that don't produce many loans each month, or those that need a weekly paycheck.

The flexibility and types of banks to work with is really good. I can do loans others cant with out side of the box programs and building relationships with lenders is key and fun. So many good people around.

You are on your own for the most part and must pay for all business growth- however there are discounts with vendors & services for some things.
