C2AE is wonderful. The team and management of the firm are both amazing. People are working together to create assets in our communities. They care about the design and quality of the work that they do, as well as the relationships that they build within the team and with clients.

None to share, I had a wonderful experience working for C2AE.

The benefits were pretty good for engineering field. Not the best, but mid range. There were a lot of variety of project types. Nice location in downtown Lansing.

Never any bonuses. Different departments had extremely different experiences. Without a good manager, it was a poor experience. Lots of overhead costs. Lots of managers, and managers of managers, and HR, and secretaries, etc... It drove the total fee for a project up too high, and it was hard to remain competitive in the design fees.
