Manual process needed upgrade with technology

The people in the company are wonderful, including the upper management. They encourage learning and are extremely patient. They are always willing to answer questions!

Each property office only has a few people. With only two people working, it can be limiting to schedule vacation. The benefits with this company are not great. They only give you 10 vacation days and no contribution to retirements. Also, the salary is very low for the expectations/quality of work and exposure to liability that is required with this position.
