      Mostly set schedule. Good benefits package. Decent starting salary for all full time employees. Very good employee discount for all.

      Almost no advancement prospects or opportunities as a stock room lead. Yearly raises are basically a joke no matter how well your review goes.

      Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

      Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
