      Do not pursue a career at CK - it is a raging dumpster fire and the turnover rate is extreme. As soon as you get yourself settled, just wait! Leadership does not care about employees whatsoever and it's evident with how little they pay.

      Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

      Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
