Employees face increasing challenges, and morale has noticeably declined. High attrition is unsurprising under these conditions. Upper management appears disconnected from the realities of the work, implementing changes to improve short-term financial results without fully considering their long-term impact, which risks harming the company’s overall performance and reputation.
