Great place to work - Recensione dipendente - Scientific Director presso CANN Forecast

The team has a wonderful energy, even with covid-19 hiting at the beggining of my contract we kept dynamic exchanges. Opinions are really taken into account and everyone has the confort to give their input even if it's a different project. It's make the team very health humanwise and techwise. Been a small team means more resposability, CANN Forecast was able to give confidence to employees who are out of the direction board, for example having product related discussion directly with the clients, allowing employees to progress on their soft skills which is rare in my field. They also accept mistakes openly making them more resilient to having big issue since an employee is not afraid to share their mistakes. A very important point, CANN Forecast is aware of ethical issue related to AI today. Theirs project truly aims to help society, without smokescreens. I would recommend CANN Forecast to anyone willing to progress on the tech and human level.

Not really a disadvantage to me, but more a fact, with a smaller company comes smaller benefits. You might not have your teeth checked 4 times a years.

A great place to work and have multiple learning opportunities. A young team opened to ideas.

The team is still growing, but you get to learn along and be exposed to many things.
