Hr is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. No Idea how to handle employees, always interacts in a threatening manner. The team lead is another case. Has experience but doesn't have even the basic idea of Delphi. At the time you join they will ask for your original certificate "for verification". Never leave it with hr. They won't give it back. The deadlines are idiotic. It's not the client that is pushing for the deadlines, rather it's the cat management. Will have to complete a full form conversion in a single day. By the way time management is comical. The team leads will enter the office at 2 pm and will work till 1 am, Yes that is midnight, No it's not for the client. At the same time normal developers will reach the office at 11 am and if you have any idea to leave the office by working 9 or 10 hours till 8 or 8.30 pm, you can forget it, they won't let you till 9.30. and this is daily.
