Good company culture. Coworkers were really friendly and as an intern the bosses were really helpful in training interns and including them in meetings. My boss also did a really good job of helping me learn different aspects of marketing.

There were no cons at this role.

Met a few good friends

There’s a culture of staying quiet, never pushing back, and pretending all is well. Questionable decisions are the norm. ‘Leadership’? Unclear at best. Direction changes constantly, responsibility is dodged, Slack messages are posted for show, and if it comes from the top, it must not be questioned. Feedback? Doesn’t exist. Growth? Nope. Voices are kept small. Bonuses? Promised, then forgotten. The people who last are the ones who nod and smile. The ‘yes-men’. Benefits? Meh. PTO? The bare minimum. Pay? Often way below market. Meanwhile, leadership rolls in $500k cars — priorities…
