Too many to count but top few are: 1. Top heavy management - easy to see if you are in linkedin and can map how many managers there are. 2. Company restructures every 3 years; yet asks for engagement scores to be up. This does not make sense as after Year 1 restructure; Year 2 get engagement scores; and year 3, restructure again. Rinse and Repeat 3. Too many contractors - development opportunities are almost non-existent and hence paying top dollar for contractors, of which some are like $2000 per day, an equivalent of $500K per year (on 250 work days). Some contractors have been there for years!! 4. Incentives are not aligned to staff - it's management vs staff. Management gets bonuses based on how much is cut. This isn't strictly limited to the top. Doing a news search will show.
