After NSHD was aquired by the CBIZ, everything went down the hill. The office became way too political and clicky. It was who you know and who likes you in the management ranks that determined your future projects and career growth. Employees were viewed as numbers and dispensable items. Team-building activities were cut short or completely eliminated in order to keep up with the budget, which became the main focal point of all meetings, discussions, etc. Recent layoffs completely killed employee moral and motivation. People are afraid of future lay offs. Overall, the place lost its reputation of a great place to work.
