A very disorganized company. They like to pretend they are "One CBIZ", but it is impossible when their business structure is to acquire other firms into the CBIZ conglomerate leaving each office to run things their own way. Training is lacking and everyone is quick to blame you for doing something wrong or dropping the ball- kind of hard to realize you did something wrong if you haven't been trained on it. In general, a very gossipy environment and unfortunately some racial discrimination exists. CBIZ expects their employees to be available around the clock and there is no such thing as work-life balance. I had to work during vacations and days that I requested off. I would not recommend working here if you want a positive culture, opportunities to grow, and work-life balance.
