Toxic work environment, caused from the Alliance Director and Managing Director. Zero support from the top, they treat you like garbage but love to say on monthly call "I appreciate you from the botttom of my heart" in the phoniest voice as if to chech the box of showing appreciation. There is know genuined respect given and it's so disheartning. You can bust your butt and do amazing work and you won't so much hear a thank you but if they hear anything semi unflattering instead of asking you about it will send you a scathing email. Never taking the time to talk to you or the team or understand the full picture. They preach transparency and yet there is none. They make empty promises that turn into bold face lies. They have termed many amazing employees with year on the account with amazing reviews with "position being eliminated" because they can't get rid of them any other way...one was an employee who was 65, hardest worker you ever met they said her position was eliminated but weeks later they posted her postion...they are shady and heartless. Do yourself a favor and run...you don't want what you will get here. There have been numerous HR and ethics claims against them...eventually there will be a lawsuit.
