Good place to work with nice people

There are a lot of changes happening

- Decent work/life balance - Non-management are great people

- Lack of career advancement opportunities. - Raises and Promotions are only given to family friends. - Lack of diversity. Majority of employees are white males. - The company used to be great before the owners son took over. Now the son is running it into the ground. - Pay and overall compensation is very low compared to the rest of the industry.
