The environment in which we work is enjoyable. The interaction between transcriptionists and the middle management is very friendly. The facilities are many to spend when some free time is available. The prospects for growth are many.

Two days off per week was recently changed to six days per moth, and this was one of the most unfavorable measure by the company.

I cannot think of any pros other than the fact that timing was flexible to a small extent...

No transport, horrible food. The management makes policies that seem like they have been designed to fleece employees. Favoritism, politics. No growth financially as well as career-wise.
