The CCF team continues to support the communities they serve in every way possible. Making More Possible is not just a slogan, it's a way of life that the company promotes daily while encouraging all staff to make the most out of the opportunities they provide.

      New training opportunities for staff is a challenge that most institutions must overcome. At CCF they have identified this as a weakness and continue to build a new employee training platform that is conducive to getting new staff up to speed as quickly as possible. Ongoing resources have been allocated to this and I am seeing continuous improvement in the program.

      Thank you for your review. CCF is a family first company, we are so happy to hear you see that! As a community bank we really enjoy being involved in our communities and giving back! Our Training Task Force has been working hard on training programs for each position and we know this is a necessity to make our colleagues successful! We have more planning to do and more programs to put together!
