What stands out most is that we truly care about patients — not just delivering supplies, but ensuring they receive the education and support they need to feel confident managing their care. That makes a difference in the conversations I have every day. From the external field sales perspective, I feel supported and aligned with a company that leads with mission, purpose, and compassion.

The only “con” — and it’s more of a reality of the industry — is that healthcare, insurance changes, DME regulations, and inventory dynamics can make the environment fast-paced. You have to be adaptable and ready to move quickly. But that comes with the territory, not the company.
