Good working location, good colleagues ( depending on departments)

The agency is relatively small and newly established, with staff coming from the Ministry, various statutory boards, and PHIs. Differences in working styles and management approaches have led to conflicts and, at times, unclear instructions within teams. Middle management roles and responsibilities are not always well defined, which can result in limited guidance or indecisiveness—especially when handling urgent issues. Working late nights and weekends is common, impacting overall work-life balance. There are also lots of meetings and discussions and these long hrs discussions affect daily work.
