- Paying junior rates whilst expecting senior performance. - No transparency and clearly set expectations from management reg the role because they don’t have a clue themselves - Misrepresentation in the job advert not clearly stating the job requirements and level of responsibility - Working with cowboys having themselves as entrepreneurs and thinking that they’re GOOGLE like company when in fact they’ve got no idea what they’re doing - insecure and over sensitive COO - only look after their inner circle ‘family and close friends'

Exciting field of work, learning new things is fun

Management is a mess and it shows. They don’t actually care about employee well being. Bullying and harassment on a weekly basis. Not a safe job.
