The management is out of their minds here. HR is unprofessional. About 95% of their employees are totally unhappy. And they were lied to about being 'employee-owned'. And one of the higher ups is completely out of it most of the time. Sad, sad demise of what could have been a good company to work for but nobody in the position to change things wants to even be bothered. If you work here, it will not last more than a few months - trust me.
