Terrible Company - Recensione dipendente - Applications Support Analyst presso CDI Engineering Solutions, LLC

I disclosed the details of my background to the CDI Corp. correspondent that contacted me BEFORE the interview was conducted. He stated that my case was within the reasonable limits and I was hired. CI Corp. chose to rescind my Employment offer TWO MONTHS after I was hired citing the results of my background report to be the primary, EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING WAS FULLY DISCLOSED BEFORE I HAD AN INTERVIEW. Now, I am going to take adverse legal action. If I could give a negative rating I would. This company played with my time and dignity and could have made the choice NOT to hire me.
