You can make money if you are lucky and are given good accounts and regions. If you work hard and stay very close to the manager and brown nose you will be successful. If you do not play their games you will not do well.

Svantaggi

Everything depends on management, they determine your future. There is not a good channel of communication. Many times things were changing around the company and the employees were kept in the dark until the last moment. No information is worse than bad news.

I have worked at CDW for 10yrs and every single year they have changed the comp plan in a way that makes it harder for sellers to make money (constantly moving the goal post). Prior to 2020 CDW had little to no lay offs now it is happening every six months. They say the reasons is to reduce cost and improve efficiencies BUT as a company our sales continue to grow along with the C-levels pockets.
