      I personally love CED and have really enjoyed my time being apart of this company. The work environment is laid back and you have plenty of time to learn all the ins and outs. The organizational culture is very much aligned with who I am as a person so that works out well! I also am learning how to run a small business basically which is something I could use down the road.

      CED should reach out to their Trainees and employees in general more often. There needs to be much more open communication from upper level employers to show they care and to keep employees interested. CED doesn't have the strongest open communication and is lacking in that division.

      EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOUSTON LOCATION. If you are employed quit now while ahead and if you don't just be glad you did not work there. This place does not care about its employees, forced us to work during peak covid with no mask enforcement knowing I had a young child at home. I caught covid and had a doctors note to prove it and somehow they still had an attitude about me missing work. IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASE DO NOT WORK AT THE HOUSTON LOCATION, Someone got hit in the face with a giant reel right in front of me and he had to undergo multiple surgeries and before calling or letting him leave to go to the hospital they wanted him to take a drug test probably so that blame wasn't on them.
