      Not stable, stressful not knowing if you will get fired at the end of the month., every month is a clear out to make numbers. Witnessed this for a long time. No consistency. Young management not experienced enough . Departmental issues. Especially in the shipping and Human Resources department. They try to make you feel important. Over load of work ; expectations are not reasonable. In my opinion, working directly with this team they are firing the wrong people. It’s a shame

      Its a very fast pace environment which means you're never bored. There is plenty of overtime that is offered and you get out of the company what you put in. There is a lot of room for growth and management challenges you to push for progress.

      On occasion it is asked or required to work additional hours to complete critical tasks or deadlines but overall the management team is willing to work with you.

      Long hours Saturdays included People come in and out Lots of interruptions, can be disruptive if you're trying to get work done.
