      Very flexible schedules available, Matt and John are very nice people, lots of autonomy. Honest company that tries to treat their employees fairly (its a business so money talks, but they genuinely care about you as a person). As long as you get the job done you are golden. Standard benefits compensation other than insurance.

      For me it is a great company to work for, but you have to put in work, not just show up and do what the boss tells you to do. Not for someone who isn't a self sufficient worker that can work independently with little to no supervision. Insurance offered is lackluster and expensive compared to similar industry companies.

      Thanks for this input. We have improved our health insurance and 401K. We also have built out our management structure in several lines of business, namely Construction and Tech Writing. Your input is valued, thanks again.

      The recruiters there are good at handling any situation you may encounter. The pays pretty good compared to most places. They let you know exactly what you're stepping into.

      No training on how to do your hours or expenses so it's best to get that lined out with another clover employee if there is one on site.

      I don't do anything and get paid. Often sit in the parking lot with a diet coke and lawn chair waiting for a call to do an inspection.
