Friendly atmosphere, they tell you what they expect, you do it, they leave you alone. Dont do it, and you get talked to and eventually sacked. Wages are ok for drivers and the hours available are good.

If you won't do overtime, you will be replaced. That was managements response to agency workers refusing to work weekends. Sometimes their arent enough hours and you may only work (and get paid) for 20 or so hours a week. Lots of stupid safety rules which dont actually contribute to better safety. Security can be a pain, and some of them can make life difficult. You may have to work up to 3 years to get a permanent contract.
