They send hoards of people home every day regardless of if they're meeting the scanning goal or not. They'll tell you not to take bathroom breaks if you don't want to get sent home. None of the employees care and packages are being damaged, thrown, broken, kicked etc. Management doesn't care either as long as you're meeting your scanning goal. Staff is largely rude, immature, sexist, and unhygienic. Everyone is treated as a number and nothing else. Watching the endless and overflowing stream of Amazon packages will make you sick. It's a terribly depressing place to work.
