You are easily replaceable bc this facility is Temp to hire. HR in this facility is pointless because they are never there or just "don't know." Cheap! The equipment is extremely unsatisfactory. It's either broken, not working properly, out dated or just not enough to properly supply the employees with what they need to accomplish their task at hand; such as scanners to pick your orders. Take advantage of employees who are knowledgeable in their position and use them! They definitely don't value their employees! I don't mind working a back breaking job, but this company does not care. You make out at $16/hr and it can take as long as 4 years to even achieve that! No bonuses or safety awards for no quarterly accidents. Everyone here is out for themselves definitely NOT A TEAM ENVIRONMENT. Not worth it unless you are like me and have a family to take care of.
