The operational / desk-level staff is the core of what keeps CEVA going. Plenty of great talent within the US / Canada Ground product. Overall, very nice facilities, great internal linehaul/hub network to support CEVA's own business.

Their slogan is "Employer of Choice", but clearly its just that! Loss of significant experience & influential leadership at the Station Mgr, Director & VP level within the US Ground product over the past 24-months. Back-filling of these positions by under-qualified individuals or people of outside CEVA (that have huge learning-curve) is a detriment. If you're in a position where a peer leaves, you assume their responsibilities...meaning you continue to take on more work, products, depts. without anything being taken off your plate. If you have any tenure with CEVA, you're bound to be overloaded! Business Development compensation plans are constantly changing, "yes-men/women" will only get promoted and EVERYTHING has to be approved by CMA-CGM.
