Easy job that enabled good work-life balance

CEVA made a lot of big acquisitions in recent years and they were done rapidly. The human resources gained were not managed appropriately or thoughtfully and were allocated to roles that didn't always match their talent. Leaders were too busy to really onboard acquired talent or to make and stick to a strategic plan. Work was execution-heavy vs. strategic. Often there would be a rush to do something, only for it to disappear with no follow up. DOGE-like bullet points for work accomplished was expected.
