Very easy going atmosphere. Customer base were inherently intelligent people which made the troubleshooting aspect of the position easy.

During my time there, the hours were 24/7 that 4 people needed to split which tended to cause some irregular or hours despite the group being located in different timezones.

There have been some shifts in strategy and direction over time, which can create a bit of uncertainty. However, this is understandable given the nature of our field and the need to stay responsive to external changes. The leadership team generally does a good job of explaining the “why” behind these shifts.
