For lab and some office jobs there’s usually chances for promotions and raises. It’s a good first job for after college for gaining experience. Pretty low stress and relaxed environment.

Somewhat lack of employee management, which can be a good or a bad thing.

None, terrible place to work.

You do not want to work for these slobs. They don't take care of their lab, facility, own health (serverly overweight) nor their employees. You will be overworked and under paid. You can make over $20 working in a lab anywhere else that doesn't involve literal sh*t. Don't work here. I also worked for their competitor Element and they were way better.
