Corporate atmosphere hurts morale - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso CFC International

This company was absolutely wonderful. It's small and personal and allows you to cultivate relationships while still doing meaningful work.

There was a lot of independent work, which was great for the most part, but it would have been nice to work with others more often.

I can't think of any reasons to work for CFC International anymore. It used to be a fairly decent place to work because the people were really nice, the benefits were pretty good, and middle management got along well with their employees.

Layoff after layoff in the last 2 years. The company was taken over by ITW and 75% of the employess have been let go. The company now runs on a bare bones staff, which I'm not sure is a good thing, since I don't work there anymore. I was not laid off. I left before the sale.
