The systems set in place are well thought out and the company is organized. Everyone is a team player.

Positive pros outweigh any cons. Overall experience working at CFI was positive.

Training program for inexperienced drivers

Expect to much for drivers just out of training and on their own, training isn't enough for what they expect out of you, communication from fleet leaders and dispatch is terrible, and not forth coming.
